At Samatha Care Home Puppies, we place the health, happiness, and well-being of our puppies above all else. Every puppy is raised in a loving, family environment and given the best possible start in life. To give you complete peace of mind, we provide a comprehensive Health Guarantee with every puppy adopted from us.
🩺 Pre-Adoption Health Care
Before joining your family, every puppy will:
Be thoroughly examined by a licensed veterinarian.
Be up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations.
Receive regular deworming treatments.
Come with a complete health record, including vaccination schedule and vet checks.
Be properly socialized to prepare them for their new homes.
📜 72-Hour General Health Guarantee
We ask that you take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours (3 business days) of arrival.
If your vet finds any life-threatening congenital or contagious illness within this period, you may return the puppy with written documentation from your veterinarian.
In such cases, you may choose a replacement puppy of equal value (based on availability).
🧬 1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee
Our puppies are guaranteed against life-threatening hereditary or genetic defects (affecting the heart, kidneys, liver, lungs, or other major organs) for a period of 12 months from the date of adoption.
If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses such a condition, we will either:
Offer a replacement puppy of equal value, OR
Work with you to find a suitable solution that ensures your family remains happy and supported.
🚫 What’s Not Covered
While we do everything possible to ensure our puppies are healthy, the following are not covered under our Health Guarantee:
Common parasites such as fleas, ticks, ear mites, worms, or coccidia (these are treatable and common in young puppies).
Minor illnesses such as diarrhea or kennel cough, which are typically stress-related and resolve with treatment.
Injuries, neglect, or illnesses caused by improper care, accidents, or failure to follow veterinary advice.
Any condition caused by changes in environment, diet, or stress after the puppy leaves our care.
